MyPyramid

I'm not sure when I fell out of the loop, but apparently nutrition guidelines have progressed past the "food pyramid". It's now all about customization for your individual needs, and there's a government website for the concept, MyPyramid.gov. It looks pretty thorough, with meal planners, something to track what you eat and even podcasts. I still find myself thinking of foods in food groups...
